RETURNS & REFUNDS

Not quite right?

No problem! Our return process is easy!

We accept the return of full price items purchased online for Refund.

However, please make sure that you read the list below before sending your items back to us. :)

• Items must be returned in its original condition including all tags.

• Sale & stock clearance items are not eligible for a return.

• Delivery fees paid at time of purchase are non-refundable.

• After your return has been lodged, you will have 28 days to ship your parcel before the return expires.

• If the item/s returned does not meet our Return Policy it will be sent back to you, to the original shipping address from your order.

• Cancellations of orders due to change of mind where the order is within our packing and handling times will be processed for a Credit Gift Card only.
